Feb 21, 2025 · Previously we were able to connect our HP thunderbolt g2 120w dock and use mouse, keyboard etc to our hp laptop running windows 11 home, but when i turned our laptop on today it is no longer recognising our thunderbolt dock. No thunderbolt icon shows up. No noise or anything happens when i plug the cable into the port on the computer.
