Apr 20, 2017 · Unlike the Walther HK416 and MP5 .22 clones, the G36 is a proper gun with a normal metal barrel, and takes down like a real G36. The 416 and MP5 are just cosmetic shells over a common action where the bolt is normally not removable, and the real barrel is a pencil barrel under a normal sized shroud.

Jan 19, 2025 · This is a HK SL8 to G36C conversion done by Tommy. Full weld HK G36 rear stub. Gun is built primarily with German parts except for the barrel, gas block, flash hider, piston, and op rod. Condition of the gun is very good, with a few exception to the top rail have some small tiny use marks from previously being on an actual used G36.

May 1, 2016 · Starting our with a bare bones Walther G36 in .22 LR (This thing is basically a reliable .22 with an awful trigger in a sweet G36 looking airsoft shell). It comes with an 18-ish inch barrel, and a cheap flash hider that has a roll pin securing it to 1/2-28 threads at the end.

Oct 4, 2020 · IIRC, the .22 LR G36 uses a normal thickness barrel, not the pencil barrel hidden under a normal sized barrel shroud like the .22 LR HK 416.
