Nov 12, 2011 · I ask this because when I have done the training recommended here, my muscle has grown and I have got stronger, but I have found it very hard to loose body fat during the workouts, even when I am keeping carbs low etc. I just find then when I go to the gym and do weights while having the same diet, I just loose fat a lot quicker and sweat alot ...

Oct 13, 2010 · He would pick up gymnastic skills easier when his body was little, rather than learning the skills of most other sports which you can pick up efficiently later. Gymmnastics would help his body grow in the right way. As you can tell from my first post I still see this as a possible option, as he loves sport generally.

Lower your body into a half squat position with your thighs parallel to the ground. Remember to keep your toes pointing forward and your back straight. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then immediately jump as high as you can. Make sure that you straighten your legs and push through your toes as you jump. Do 3 sets of 10 reps of this exercise.

Opening it turned out to be " Building the Gymnastics Body " and the 5 DVD's that go with it in tandem. After cleaning up, I immediately set out to perusing it and going over it while watching " Heroes " to finish about 10:30PM.
