So here is the list I have quickly put together with the standard Guncon games and games that can be patched for the Guncon. If there are any additional games missing feel free to comment and I can add them.

Jun 6, 2022 · Guncon 3s with sensors are getting super expensive. The feeling of using a Wiimote just doesn't match the form factor of a true light gun. I guess one can find a cheap plastic add-on for the Wiimote to make it feel more like a light gun.

The discs can get a bit pricey, but I would say it's worth picking up a guncon 1 if you want to expand your access to more light gun games.. You should be able to find one for pretty cheap, like $25-40 or so. If you can try and get a Japanese Guncon 1. They're all black and look pretty spiffy.

Most games work on only one or the other, but I remember seeing a lot of third-party options for light guns back in the day and am wondering if there is any rhyme or reason on how those light guns match up compatibility wise.

Oct 31, 2020 · Because the problem seems to lie with the game instead of the emulator, if you have Duckstation you just need to apply an x-offset of 0.94 in your guncon controller settings and you should be good to go! EDIT 2: Unfortunately, the crosshair became broken again in one of Duckstation's newer updates.

Nov 17, 2022 · First off make sure you're playing the Europe or Japanese version. The United States version of Resident Evil Survivor had Guncon compatibility removed for political reasons. Settings > Input > Port 1 Controls Make sure you have "Gun Reload", "Gun Aux A", and "Gun Aux B" is set to a button. To walk forward in that game you have to shoot off screen.

Feb 27, 2019 · The Guncon 1 has a daisy chain style plug where you put the yellow AV cable from the PS1 or PS2 into the Guncon's female end, and then put the Guncon's male end into the TV. There is no adapter needed. If you want to connect two Guncons, I think you daisy chain them together, so PS1/2 into the first Guncon, into the second, into the TV.
