Zoo hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Last admission is at 4:00pm. The zoo is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. The zoo is open all other holidays. The zoo will be closed from February 3rd - February 14th to allow staff to complete larger annual maintenance projects.

At the 14-acre Greenville Zoo, you can visit wildlife from around the world any day of the week. Open throughout the whole year, except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, the zoo offers special rates for children and free admission for members.

The Greenville zoo is in a pretty area of town and laid out very nicely. The number of animals is not large but the walkways and viewing areas were good. Our only complaint was the number of schools and children that were visiting.
