This is a community focused on goth STYLE. We keep the definition of 'goth' loose around here, but posts should be relevant to gothic style and goth fashion. Inspiration from music, movies, fashion, books, aesthetics, and makeup are all welcome. Posts that are off topic or irrelevant to the community may be removed at our discretion.

Bingo. Cartoons were full of goth girl characters. Gwen (Total Drama Island), Sam (Danny Phantom), Hex Girls (Scooby-Doo), Shego (Kim Possible, not technically a 'goth' I guess but kind of had the appearance), etc. They were so prevalent in that era that it planted the seed within a bunch of us early 2000s dudes.
