May 26, 2017 · The garf piece is a completley different coral imo. Pretty sure he got all his stuff out of figi back then, correct me if I am wrong. Garf gets thrown on so many corals that look similar to the bonsai including tricolors. The garf is the only one that is a solid deep dark purple.

Mar 23, 2020 · The bonsai has a solid purple body ime. Honestly I think this acro is way nicer though and the ones with the bluer tips are cool too. In high light the white covers more towards the base and can look really great. On topic though, I have seen the garf bonsai in led tanks with high nutrients that look pretty good.

Jul 9, 2020 · They will start to STN near the base, move up, then RTN once it hits the branches. This has happened to a couple of corals already, seemingly at random times (not tied to an event that I can blame), and infrequently. I've lost two JF Fox Flame, RR BlackJack, and ARC Fireworks in the same manner. And now, a garf bonsai is doing it. Here's some pics-
