Mar 3, 2024 · I thought of it as an elite gun, a guy I killed had it from another player that he owned with a Vitaz SMG.. that G28 had a FLIR on it, someone spawned on Reserve with thermals, didnt get a spawn close to the mountain and got owned by the cheapest SMG💀 In the field, I've done rather poorly with it myself.

Feb 4, 2022 · I mean, it's a cool weapon, Jeager is selling it with attatchments. But it's so underwhelming, the SR-25 and RSASS are cheaper and better, can't talk about the M1A, haven't really played it this patch. I got a few G28s lying arround, but i see no point of building a new one if i can build an SR-25/RASASS except for the fact of using an G28.

Feb 14, 2022 · G28 is marginally better recoil and ergo stats but not by much, and not by nearly enough to justify the price. The mod-ability of the SR-25 (which is imo perfectly viable as it comes, base version + a scope) is just the icing on the cake.

May 9, 2023 · I like a lightweight G28 build for DMR purposes any day. The only downside is that the G28 has so few modding options that I simply aim for lowest weight and highest ergonomics possible. That leads me usually to around ~45 ergo and ~5.2kg loaded, which is just enough to be capable of maintaining ADS for a reasonable length of time.

May 2, 2023 · G28 only has 1 advantage, you can build it super light (3 kg with a red dot, 4 kg with a mid sized scope) but the hidden recoil is the worst. Combined with the cost its not really worth it. Last wipe it could be nice since it was hard to enter raid under weight but now that they raised the weight limit not much point.

Jan 4, 2022 · Snuck around to avoid gunfire and found a G28 in a weapon box. Ignored the quest and snuck around the entire perimeter of the map to extract with it. I cant even buy the mags for it since I'm only level 6
