Fu is the 17th DLC character to be added to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Fu was originally created for Dragon Ball Online and was first shown in a guidebook for that game. However the game was shut down before Fu made his debut in it.

Fu (フュー Fyū) is the artificial son of the demon Towa and her other creation Mira. Initially appearing as a child in Dragon Ball Online, he fully debuts in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and subsequently appears in Super Dragon Ball Heroes.

Unlike other sagas in Xenoverse 2, it appears as its own unique story mode called Extra Story where the Future Warrior is partnered together with their Instructor to deal with a new threat during which they encounter the enigmatic scientist Fu.
