The FPST is responsible for organizing, training, and equipping FPST emergency responders and emergency management personnel, providing appropriate emergency facilities, suitable warning and communications systems and for contracting for emergency services.
Analyze the job description to establish screening criteria. Screen verified applications. Recommend a list of applicants to be interviewed. All qualified applicants who are FPST Tribal members shall receive an interview.
The Department will continue to provide community outreach and engagement related to climate change. The FPST Climate Change Adaptation Plan is a living document that be reviewed annually and updated as needed, to reflect tribal adaptation planning efforts.
