Starting Monday, April 4, 2022, the new Unique Entity ID from SAM.gov will be the official government-wide identifier used for federal awards. On April 4, 2022, FPDS users will no longer use the DUNS Number to identify vendors. Instead, vendors will only be identified by the Unique Entity ID (SAM).
