You lost the surprise status from just going in guns blazing BUT every time I’ve started the fight, even several turns in, and Astarion shows up the cutscene where him and Cazador always occurs unless I speak with the MC before engaging in combat. So honestly, trying to get this cutscene AND doing it on honor mode is difficult.
