Electronic records are maintained within the confines of the FMC General Support System (FMC GSS). Policies and practices for retrieval of records: Physical records are indexed alphabetically by name. Electronic records are retrievable by name, address, company, application date, admission date, or card number.
How to File Service Contracts - Federal Maritime Commission
