a quick update. the skirt replacement takes about 30 minutes a side, and uses a s**t load of clips. 5 xmas tree type clips underneath, 9 ford body clips, and 2 general sort of clip per side. using one of those clip puller whatsits really is the go, saved me so much hassles. only issue i had is that ford want $3.50 per clip, and you need 9 per ...
