Aldo is head of the Tenshodo in Jeuno, brother of Verena and Mathilde, and was a survivor of the siege of Tavnazia when he was a young boy (as seen in the opening movie).

Aldo is a non-player character in Final Fantasy XI, a recurring figure in Rise of the Zilart and Chains of Promathia missions, and arguably the main character in the Final Fantasy XI: A Crystalline Prophecy - Ode of Life Bestowing missions.
