Dec 17, 2020 · The problem occured all of a sudden after switching on my laptop as usual. The f11 key lid was on, thought might be accidentally pressed but unfortunately that was not the case. When I press it the light wont go off but it changes aeroplane mode on/off. But none of the wireless devices work (WiFi/Bluetooth).

but when i press f11 it is enter to recover page without show any content just blue screen (and when i wait few moment, my pc go to shut down by ownself) It is good that the motherboard's "basic" support for USB ports is working.
