Elsa is the most emotionally traumatized Disney character.
Frozen was a great movie to me because it portrayed a more complicated, realistic theme in real life. Elsa's power can be interpreted as human emotions, which can be beautiful, powerful, and also dangerous. After Elsa unintentionally hurts Anna, from fear of hurting others and how other people might react to her power, she conceals herself.

Nov 26, 2022 · One difference seems to be that in this version of the story, Elsa's powers were never hidden, and Elsa was not isolated from her sister growing up. As in canon, they used to be close, but their relationship falls apart when Elsa becomes bullied by other kids and by the townspeople, and Anna chooses her loyalty to her friends over Elsa.

What are your thoughts about Onion Elsa aka Evil Elsa aka ... - Reddit
Oct 17, 2022 · It's called onion Elsa because the haircut reminds of an onion. It's an Elsa design from the production period where Elsa was still a redeemable villain but Anna and Elsa were already sisters (they started out unrelated). It was a pretty serious design, she's even appearing (very briefly) in this early version of a quite well known scene.

Do you prefer Elsa or Anna and why? : r/Frozen - Reddit
Dec 14, 2022 · Both. I see them as a package deal.. two sides of the same coin. Each incredibly wonderful on her own and together they act as each other’s “safety valve”… Anna helps Elsa to control her tendency to go into a self-doubt spiral and Elsa keeps Anna from doing something that just might get her killed..
I hate Elsa : r/Frozen - Reddit
Jun 22, 2020 · That whole scene where they said Elsa was the spirits gift to the parents is a lie it’s Anna. Elsa legit messed everything up in that movie and Anna saved the day AGAIN. Idk why this bothers me so much but it does. I work at a school and the kids wanna be like Elsa (we have watched frozen ALOT for the kids) and I don’t think she’s admirable.
Elsa is dead at the end of Frozen 2. : r/FanTheories - Reddit
Is this a theory? I thought this was the plot. When Anna realized Elsa was the 5th spirit it was a bittersweet moment b/c Anna understood Elsa died. Spirit means ghost, ghost implies dead. Elsa died in the ice cave when she was frozen solid. That was the transformation. The crown also changed hands and went to the next in line of succession.
