The ECGC produces several varieties of the finest quality flour, which have become consumer favourites, including white flour, whole-wheat flour, patent flour for the fast food industry and specialty flours such as Multigrain, Herb & Garlic, Rye and Pumpernickel.

In our quest for total quality, ECGC decided in 1987 to establish its own operation for producing its bags. Hence the establishment of East Caribbean Packaging. Members of staff of ECP produce high quality polypropylene bags for use in the packaging of flour, rice and feeds, as well as other grains, fertilizers and farm produce.
