Aug 16, 2022 · Update: dropped the bike off. Service manager mentioned again that there were software updates to perform and implied that these might solve the issue. Then I talked to a friend who worked there who said that BMW hasn’t sent any service bulletins out about it yet.
Honda NX500 Day trips in the uk | Adventure Rider
Jan 21, 2024 · What a utterly brilliant day and a very cold adventure ride on my BMW 1150 GS Adventure :) Today I spent some time riding up to the Iconic spot on Winnats Pass in the Peak District at points -2° in temperature during the day with a met office estimate of feels like -7° the location I was in + the wind speed factor at 50mph at -2 of -13° = Brrr.

Apr 17, 2019 · I haven't found any in the LC. The Hexhead and maybe others need one to remove the shift lever. BMW heard that most people didn't have any E-Torx in their tool sets so they simplified the shift lever with a T60!

What gearing do you guys like on your F800GS | Adventure Rider
Mar 23, 2017 · BMW lowered 1st gear I think in 2014. I have a 2011 and I dropped the front sprocket by 1 tooth. That made a huge difference off road. F650gs vs G650gs - Adventure Rider
Jul 4, 2010 · In 2008, BMW introduced the F800GS and an all new F650GS. Unlike the previous single-cylinder bikes, both motorcycles use 798cc parallel-twin engines. These new bikes have little in common with the "old" F650GS. In late 2008, BMW brought back the "old" 650cc single-cylinder bike and renamed it G650GS just to confuse everyone.
