NERC and the E-ISAC have announced the selection of Michael Ball as E-ISAC chief executive officer (CEO) and NERC senior vice president, effective April 14. Following a comprehensive search, Ball will succeed Manny Cancel, who is retiring on May 30.

The E-ISAC offers membership to North American electric and natural gas industry asset owners and operators. Physical and cyber security professionals at these organizations will especially benefit from joining the E-ISAC.

GridEx - E-ISAC
Hosted every two years by the E-ISAC, GridEx gives E-ISAC member and partner organizations a forum in which to practice how they would respond to and recover from coordinated cyber and physical security threats and incidents.
CRISP - E-ISAC
The Cybersecurity Risk Information Sharing Program (CRISP) leverages advanced technology and industry expertise to provide its participants with near real-time delivery of relevant and actionable threat information of their IT networks. CRISP is a public-private partnership between the E-ISAC and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). How It Works
Resources - E-ISAC
Reports to the E-ISAC may be submitted through any method specified in the Standard. Reporting options include NERC EOP 004, a copy of DOE-OE-417 or directly through the E-ISAC Portal.
