Aug 12, 2024 · Your DOPE is that day, that atmospheric data, that elevation. A calculator requires good bullet data and velocities along with current atmospherics. Personally, I'd use one to check the other. For 22LR I'd test DOPE at every 25 yards. On ammo, I'd find whatever is accurate in your gun while being subsonic at the muzzle.

May 29, 2019 · These were not shot for group size, I tried to shoot all 5 in the same low wind condition, approx. 20-30 seconds for all 5. Tried to catch sun in about same location each day, late afternoon at my range. Scope elevation was not touched during entire test, 10 shots were fired at 50 yards before each session to warm bbl.
