Seemed like a 12X was continuing to invest in old technology. I also plan to purchase a XG 28 in the next 6 to 12 mos and keep the XG 14 as a backup - telemetry was a plus but not the main reason.

I know that’ll mean new receivers since the DSM2/X and DMSS aren’t compatible, but that’s OK. I’ve actually only got about 5 Spektrum receivers and just move them around as needed.

Feb 16, 2014 · DMSS hops the bandwidth of futaba.. It has a faster link. (Yes depends on your servo's) It re-boots faster.. It has true dual antenna diversity (2 antennas/2 chips (not one) the Processor in the rx's are of a HIGH quality brand.. So far I love it but I cant speak in comparison as I went to DMSS from other brands not spektrum..

Mar 29, 2013 · 2: DMSS does not use sats. There is a separate module for the telemetry on the reciever side. 3: There are power safe recieverse for DMSS but as of now, not availible in the US. Im sure its coming 4: From my understanding there are no flight conditions with the 14sg. It does have flight modes but the XG has 7 of them.
