The standard DIN 1530-1 is applicable to ejector pins with cylindrical head for ejection of moulded parts from die-casting, compression and injection moulds. For die-casting moulds, ejector pins are predominantly made of hot-work steel (HWS) and nitrided.

Tempered, precision-ground, hot forged 60 ° conical head, non corrosive. Note: Good working properties, when the correct treatment - no loss of hardness. Due to the small diameter less space is required during fixturing pin in the tool.
