Ah, okay. Yeah after further investigation this is a munchkin cat, a breed which has very common health issues. I’m right there with you — I’ve had five cats in my life and all of them were adopted strays. I’d never “buy” a cat of a specific breed. Most animal breeders are scum.

Mine have always been derpy. Look elegant and majestic, but are idiots. My childhood cat once sat on a lollipop stick and it got stuck to her bum. Her subsequent wriggle and shuffle across the carpet trying to get unstuck is something I can still picture vividly 25 years on 😆
