May 23, 2021 · As a Dark Ryu owner myself. I like him in pve contents essentially. Great for autoing toa. Pretty stellar for tart content also. He's niche in the gwo category against certain comps but over needs alot to go right. He's still pretty good imo. Just nothing game breaking like everyone thought.

Also when ryu uses it, it guard breaks enemies defense and has the second highest damage output, just under the unlabored flawlessness, in ngs/ngb.

Apr 26, 2023 · Evil Ryu never happens, canonically. Ryu may feel temptation in some of his stories from the game, but he doesn’t give in. Evil Ryu is merely a what-if scenario. It allows the developers to have Ryu stay in-character but also have a Ryu that’s different, since they likely can’t do anything too radical for story purposes.

I guess by defeating ryu, Ryu will once again be compelled by the satsui no hado. If anything this is the memory character or alternative to evil Ryu. He is evil Ryu in all aspects minus design changes.
