DO-160, Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment is a standard for the environmental testing of avionics hardware. It is published by the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics (RTCA) and supersedes DO-138.

The current version is DO-160G, published in 2010 and is referenced for use by FAA’s Advisory Circular AC 21-16G as well as other regulatory authorities around the world.

RTCA/DO-160 (or its precursor, RTCA/DO-138) has been used as a standard for environmental testing since 1958. It defines standard environmental test conditions (categories) and applicable test procedures for airborne equipment.

DO-160G provides standard procedures and environmental test criteria for testing airborne equipment for the entire spectrum of aircraft from light general aviation aircraft and helicopters through the "jumbo jets" and SST categories of aircraft.
