Conversely, any inherited once per turn/twice per turn effects of the two prior digimon can be reused since the DNA digivolved digimon is a new digimon.

Aug 15, 2022 · I would say just look into digivolution conditions as they can guide you towards DNA Digivolutions. One thing I did notice was that when my Angewomon and LadyDevimon DNA Digivolved into Mastemon, it had skills from both Digimon. However, the Digimon you select in the DigiFarm/Bank menu to digivolve will act as the base stat wise.
