Their 1-star DHL reviews are indicative of the dissatisfaction with their delivery times, competence of their workers, and customer care support, particularly when contacted due to an issue.

There are many things wrong with DHL as a courier service. They leave the recipient of the delivery completely without any communication or notifications of changes to the estimated delivery day. I paid for DHL ECommerce next day, and it has been delayed two days in a row. It even said out for delivery and then changed back to delayed!

Compared to the delays with USPS domestically right now, DHL is kicking ass. Idk, InPost and everybody else seem to be better and deliver stuff faster and have better customer service. I made a reddit account just to respond. DHL is straight ass. My package was out for delivery and got returned without a delivery attempt.

I received a message from DHL that they attempted to deliver :"We were unable to deliver your DHL Express shipment with waybill number xxx from xxx today at 12:56" while none came at this hour. I could not reach anyone for an explanation.
