Mar 6, 2020 · Just joined the club! Great sounding amp, really enjoying it. I'm playing it through my Marshall 4x12 with G12M-25 55Hz blackbacks, so I assume it isn't the ideal cab for this amp. It is undoubtedly a versatile, great-sounding amp. Touch-responsive, great clean and distortion. Very tweakable, took awhile to dial it in. A couple observations: 1.
NAD: VHT D-50 Dumble Clone - Telecaster Guitar Forum
Mar 31, 2020 · This amp is actually single channel but it has a switchable OD stage and uses an OD level control to keep the volumes in sync. The versatility would make this amp great for studio work or playing in multiple bands with different styles. It doesn't seem to be a …

Oct 5, 2021 · The Footswitch switches on/off the PAB (Pre Amp Boost) and the OD (Overdrive section). I'm sure that if you were to look at an ODS schematic, that you could modify almost any two button F/S to work. There are also two toggle switches on the back the of amp that let you turn On/Off the PAB and OD of the VHT D-50.

who is familiar with the old tuck n roll Kustoms?
Sep 1, 2009 · Great looking and sounding amp and with the 15's well suited for a Tele.(and really, really loud) That said, it is over 40 years old and I seriously doubt it would hold up to gigging. The tuck and roll is a little more fragile than it used to be.
Line 6 Catalyst 60 or Boss Katana 50 | Telecaster Guitar Forum
Oct 19, 2024 · Its a great amp for the kind of requirements you list. I have a Katana 50 MKII that sounds good, isn't anything fancy and with the Tone Studio opens an entire world of pedals (many to choose from for each type), not to mention other options and tailoring. (Its not hard to attach the amp to the PC and use Tone Studio, so don't worry about that.)
GIG report DV Mark Micro 50 - II - Telecaster Guitar Forum
May 11, 2018 · No it's not like a driven Fender amp but with the ability to limit the amount of overall drive (0 to full bore) it's quite flexible. Keep in mind that this is a solid state amp and does not respond like a tube amp pushing the V-knob, but this little bugger is tons better than any other SS amp I have tried on gigs previously.

What do you think of a peavey special 150? - Telecaster Guitar …
Mar 2, 2012 · Not my all-time favourite amp, but a good, solid, reliable piece of equipment. Side by side with my pal's 130 model, I preferred the 150. If you are happy with the way it sounds and don't mind that it's a touch on the heavy side for a solid state 1 x 12, there seems very little, if anything, to criticise objectively.
