People have done that before for a Cyan soul gimmick, just do that. But how should it parry? Deltatraveler did it as invincibility frames + an extra effect unique to the enemy (I think, it was only used in 1 fight). Not saying you should do this, but it's an idea. Keep in mind that a mechanic can do more then one thing.

Jul 20, 2017 · The cyan soul, Patience, is not used in any battles, but the Patience items are found in the ruins. Toriel tells you to wait in the ruins, and Patience was probably just so patient that they waited until they died.
