On some systems, there are GUI glitches occurring in Cubase 13 / Nuendo 13. These show up as white UI areas, elements rendered out-of-place or flickering (e.g., in SuperVision, Groove Agent SE, or the Project Window when scrolling). This has been fixed in Cubase 13.0.21.

Nov 3, 2023 · What do you think about the new Cubase UI? I think that it's a big improvement over 12. My favourite changes are the new sleeker inspector, some of the updated windows (like keyboard shortcut window) and my favourite one, the new MixConsole. I really love how it looks realistic but at the same time it's extremely modern.

Mar 7, 2022 · All the other daws were too boring looking when I was starting out. The UI is what it is. Cubase is more of a traditonal DAW, and even the lighter versions of Cubase are quite feature-packed, with lots of menu entries. Look DOES make an impact for a newcomer and professional alike, you are right.
