The Core 15 AR-15 scout rifle is Core's entry-level direct gas impingement gas rifle. This rifle chambers .223/5.56, has a 16" 4150 black nitride finish barrel w/ 1/9 twist, a thermoset-molded polymer handguards, an A-2 pistol grip, and comes standard along with a 30 round magazine.

Built upon the same principles as Eugene Stoner's original design, we use the basic receivers as the CORE of our AR-15 style rifles, and then expand upon that design by incorporating the many benefits of today's accessories into our rifles.
