Before, we had to spend many hours per week fixing conga related issues. DocGen is so much better than Conga. No regrets. I think conga's email template capabilities are better (I have had a lot of problems with DocGen's word to email template and not having the ability to use visual force pages sucks). Mar 15, 2023 · Conga logic within the merge field is very limited. I would create a Boolean formula field for the null check and use that in the template. We have been using Conga Merge for Salesforce for 2 years. I applaud the approach of making sure you are not creating unnecessary fields but this one may be justified.

One user has no issues generating a document via the custom conga button while the second user keeps getting a pop up window with the "Insufficient Privileges" message.
