What's the best use for the Cobra Mk. III? : r/EliteDangerous - Reddit
Jul 9, 2021 · Cobra III is still one of my faves and I get a lot of use from it. BGS -- if the faction is doing elections I'll fly the Cobra just 'cause. Those missions involve running data or stealing things from ships in space via hatch breakers and collectors -- don't need much in the way of cargo capacity and can usually get out of dodge without taking ...

Cobra MKIII loadout for mining and transport : r/EliteDangerous
Aug 8, 2021 · While I agree 500k is a bit thin for a Cobra Mk 3, it won't cost millions fully loaded out. You don't need full A-rated and D-rated modules in the early game. Don't bother upgrading most of the modules. You may even want to downgrade to 3E shields (the shields on a Cobra suck anyway, so their only purpose is to protect against bumps and scrapes).
Cobra MK III Exploration : r/eliteoutfitters - Reddit
Mar 25, 2020 · I'd suggest outfitting the Cobra for mining, and you'll be able afford the first real exploration ship, the Diamondback Explorer (DbX). Here's an unengineered build for ~ 10 mCr. If you can afford it, the 4A fuel scoop is worth every single penny. https://s.orbis.zone/6ddt

How to Configure A Perfect Cobra Mk III? - Steam Community
Oct 23, 2016 · After a few-too-many hours playing E:D, I've managed to upgrade from a Sidewinder to a Cobra MkIII and am now in the process of equipping it to be a perfect "all-rounder" - capable of a reasonable bit of cargo running, maybe some prospecting, maybe some mining [no idea, haven't tried this yet!] and a little bounty hunting. I've been trying to upgrade the "major" systems to give me a ship that ...
Best combat set up for Cobra Mk. III? : r/EliteDangerous - Reddit
Feb 22, 2015 · Keep in mind, the cobra is the fastest, and second most agile ship in the game. Many peope claim the viper is more maneuverable; this is slightly wrong. The cobra lacks in deceleration, so a viper can decelerate to the blue zone (where maneuvering is the best) faster, while the cobra will most likely overshoot.
Tips for my Cobra Mk III :: Elite Dangerous General Discussions
Sep 9, 2021 · I was trying out 2 PA and 2 Rails with my Cobra and the power draw a little to much. I saved the 2 PA if I want to go back to them with more engineering. Right now with this build just exploring and saving up for components and just curious if I'm missing something really important for this PVE build. Just started on Rep for the Pack Hounds and decided to try out seeker missiles. The PA and ...
Cobra mkIII vs Diamond Back Scout (combat) : r/EliteDangerous
Jan 5, 2022 · DBS versus the Cobra Mk. III is dependent on the expected role of the ship. The DBS offers a smaller hitbox and greater agility, the Cobra 3 has larger module capability and (IMO) greater role-flexibility. (Again, IMO) The DBS is a good ship but, the C3 can do a wider variety of jobs, bigger and better than the DBS. o7
