I'm not super familiar with Legacy, so I'm probably wrong, but the legacy affinity decks I've seen play [[Arcbound Ravager]], which this accelerates crazy fast as the clowns are artifacts that can be sacced for a pretty massive pump.

This could have been a fixed keldon battlewagon, and instead we got half clowns half car. It's more clowns and car, less a clown car.

Except anyone good with good Scout car micro will just avoid a Raketen, and you need to spam volks to deal with Penals so you cant really afford a rak that early anyways. Clown Car is the bane of OKW 1v1 right now. You basically need to hope for a mine hit on it.
