Nov 29, 2022 · I'm seeing an odd scenario where I have some random channels missing from the TV guide on the Xfinity Stream app on my Roku device. When I open the app, choose "Live TV" and see the guide, it's missing a few channels and I can't understand the pattern.

Mar 5, 2025 · When I get a call on my landline I do not get the caller ID displayed on my TV screen, but if Xfinity sends a call to voicemail I get a voicemail notice on my screen. I have no other TV problems.

Dec 19, 2024 · Ever since the voice modem was replaced the caller ID has not appeared on any of our TV's. With the previous modem all worked properly. I have done some troubleshooting such as refreshing both the TV cable box and voice modem by recycling power and I have verified that Xfinity Voice is turned on.

May 31, 2024 · Had XFinity for years, the package of TV/Internet/Phone. And for all of those years, whenever the phone rang, the caller ID would appear on the TV. We liked that little feature, it was neat. But for the past 48 hours or so it's no longer showing up. Why did Xfinity change that? Will that feature return?

Aug 20, 2020 · On all your tv boxes, on the remote hit the Xfinity Button. Go to the settings icon, go to preferences, then notifications. Make sure the Caller ID is on. If it still doesnt work do you have the call forward feature on? That can stop it from working.
