Dec 29, 2019 · I mean, sure water with cereal is an alternative, but I don't think it's ideal just in terms of taste, texture after X amount of time has past since contact between the water was made with the cereal, the mixture too, how well they blend together.

Just kidding! I much prefer water to milk in my cereal no matter what it is. Reese’s Puffs, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or my personal favorite Cookie Crisp. I don’t have anything against milk, as a matter of fact I love it. I drink 3-4 glasses a day. If I’d have to choose between milk and water for cereal I’d go water all day ...

Mar 14, 2021 · So when you eat cereal with milk, you taste the milky flavor more than the cereal but if you ate it with water I’ll taste just like water cereal and cereal which doesn’t sound so bad, I have no idea how to explain this but you get the point plus milk and cereal was just meant because milk had protein

Feb 9, 2023 · After that I'd just eat the cereal straight out of the bag and wash it down with water after -- I somehow felt a little more dignity that way. And yeah I said bag, it was the generic brand that didn't even come in a box.

Cereal was special K fruit and yogurt, and I had 1.25 cups of cereal (so you know it wasn't a huge bowl). Added half a cup of water. All in all, not terrible. I ate it in about 3 minutes, so it didn't have the time to become soggy mush (water breaks down cereal faster than milk).

Oct 15, 2021 · You can do whatever you want to do. When I was a child and had an upset stomach, my mom wanted me to have breakfast cereal with apple juice. I thought it was heresy. I find it annoying to keep milk in my house without it going bad so I am thinking about doing cereal with powdered milk and water but I have not done that yet ….
