Mar 21, 2020 · East of Broken Bow: We've got one here. Got a few oil leaks, and faded paint from its life here. It is a real good tractor in terms of balance between weight and power, and getting power to the ground.

We aren't big tillers anymore so the old boys don't get a work out like they use to when we plowed and worked ground but My dad has had the 970 from new and I think we were in that tranny once, PTO couple time on all tractors, the weak spot on the 1370s was the big park paw they had in there could get you in a pickle and not release on a hill going ...

Apr 26, 2013 · for their time, the cab on those 90 series Case was WAAAAAAAAAY nicer to run and ride in the 30 and 40 series JD tractors with the post in the middle of the windshield and no room for a lunch kit in the cab. Sit higher. That being said, the Case are worth 1/2 to 2/3's the money that a comparable JD of the same vintage and hours is. Good luck

May 4, 2023 · Google for 2096 and 1896 , 94 series think there's quite a few posts. If you find it's the board I have a new one that we thought was the issue and turned out it wasn't the board I put the old one back in and held onto it.
