He is notably lacking eyes in most appearances. Carfish mode is an alternate form of Car that is used in the Superstructure Basement and Good Memories boss encounter.

Car is a Mob that follow you when you call his name using an item, similar to his funcionality in the game garn47. When car is under a redstone block he can be clicked for making it his spawnpoint, can be used for minigames and puzzles by helping car go to a point in map.
