Jun 22, 2003 · BOV's were originally made by SAAB to quieten a turbo car as luxury cars cant make noise. If u ever do new pipes for ur turbo car and install no BOV u will get these noises, ppl call it pidgeon call etc etc.

Mar 8, 2005 · The bov usually has isn't just an opening, it has a 'neck' on it, the radiator pipe slides over this neck, and you use hose clamps to tighten it down.

Jul 6, 2004 · If you just want a BOV that works and could care less about being a Guss-Modded-BOV-owning-badass, just get a tighter BOV. :lol: But like Joe says, crushing is proven and is good to about 25 psi for most people. The gus mod will work at even higher pressures.
