I decided to try and increase the airflow on my Rally by removing the back-fire screen on the OEM filter. As it turned out . . . at 900’, I really did not need more air. Higher elevation may work fine.

Jun 12, 2021 · For my CRF250L Rally (should also apply to your CRF300L): I just added a Tusk combo spoon and 24mm wrench (rear axle nut), combo 1/4 and 3/8 mini ratcheting wrench, 10mm socket (front axle pinch bolts), 19mm socket (rear axle), 14mm hex L-wrench (front axle), to the existing allen wrenches in the toolkit (which I think are for body bolts).

Nov 27, 2007 · Looks like the CRF has 1.8mm longer stroke than the KLX so theoretically, if you can bore the CRF the same as the KLX at 351cc, you'd be around what, 360-365cc? Thanks guys. #1

May 3, 2021 · The reason I chose the Rally ABS over the standard 300L was mainly for the extra gas capacity, wind protection, hand guards, larger front rotor, and a bit wider seat.
