The $300/yr deal posted is probably decent enough but I'm pretty sure I read recently that certain trading accounts give you free access to CNBC... so check what is available through whatever stock trading service you have.

Joe Kernan has been there since the early days of CNBC - I remember him being on there ages and ages ago (he started on Squawk in 1995.) At this point, he doesn't really care anymore; he seems to think he has tenure at this point and the filter has basically eroded away.
