The TCR/CD3 Effector Cells (NFAT) are provided in Cell Propagation Model (CPM) format, which includes cryopreserved cells that can be thawed, propagated and banked for long-term use. The TCR/CD3 Effector Cells express endogenous TCR, CD3 and CD28 receptors.

Jurkat-Lucia™ NFAT Cells were specifically designed to assess activation of the NFAT (nuclear factor of activated T cells) transcription factor ipon stimulation with small molecules mimicking the TCR activation signal.
