The Caterpillar C32 is a V12 diesel engine made by Caterpillar Inc. The engine displacement is 32.1 liters (1959 cubic inches). The cylinder size is 5.71 inches x 6.38 inches bore / stroke. The engine can produce up to 1900 horsepower at 2300 rpm. The peak torque of 5532 lb-ft occurs at an engine speed of 1300 to 1800 RPM.

The Caterpillar C32 engine, manufactured since 2019, is a 32.1 liter machine component weighing 3004 kilograms. It features 12 cylinders with a bore of 145 mm and a stroke of 162 mm. With a maximum torque of 5499 Nm, it operates at a maximum power of 895 kW and a minimum power of 746 kW at 1800 RPM.

The C32 marine propulsion engine is available at ratings that meet EPA Tier 3, EPA Tier 4, and IMO II/III, and EU Stage 5 emissions regulations. It has a separate circuit aftercooling system (SCAC) for A through C ratings and a seawater aftercooling system (SWAC) for D and E ratings.
