Jul 12, 2017 · This cover may provide some sort of protection but if you want one that's completely waterproof, look elsewhere. This is C2's description of the cover mentioned above: "Made of polyester/vinyl laminate with velcro tabs at the bottom edge, our indoor rower covers are water-resistant and provide protection from dust and dirt.

Sep 8, 2022 · For starters what Concept 2 monitor do you have on the rower ? If you have a PM4 or a PM5 then an ANT+ chest strap is the way to go. Currently I'm using a Garmin HRM RUN and its very good. Problem is the straps are quite high maintenance and its generally its hard to get a rock solid reading.

If it ain’t marked as such, you can tell by the “legs” (roughly the viscosity of liquid dish detergent). Unopened bottle @ house left Is vintage 1993 and marked “intestinal lubricant”.

Aug 6, 2020 · SImilar to what others have posted, the C2 monitor has no idea how tall you are, how much you weigh, nor your current cardio-vascular fitness level. So, if you're rowing 8k in 30 minutes - but you're 6'8" and 270#'s, your calories burned is going to be much different than mine would at 5'10" 215#s.
