Bozo the Clown, sometimes billed as " Bozo, The World's Most Famous Clown ", is a clown character created for children's entertainment, widely popular in the second half of the 20th century.

In the mid 1980's, there was a relatively short-lived fad popularized by Van Halen, that featured a "No Bozos" logo. Van Halen first put the logo on some of their concert t-shirts in 1984, but before long, the No Bozos logo began showing up on buttons, caps, and even bumper stickers.
