It's a short, tight corridor that Pyros can't really knock ubers around in, and an ubered Heavy can destroy every single Sentry on that little raised walkway behind the point super easily. I find that REALLY helps taking last on Borneo, especially since Red rarely defends it all that much.

Jun 2, 2023 · Borneo (pl_borneo) is the official Payload map for Team Fortress 2. It was created on May 9, 2011 by Heyo and vhalin and was promoted as an official map during the Gun Mettle update. It is one of the maps used in Highlander matches since the pl_borneo_v3 version was first used in UGC Highlander Season 7 until now.

Pl_borneo is set in secret facilites in the misty jungles of Borneo. The map is a single stage payload map with 4 areas of battle. Many custom textures and models had to be created for the jungle theme. It was really tedious work making all the foliage, but hopefully it was worth it.
