For 40 years, Montana Surf, formerly Blitzz FC, has been the dominant soccer club in SW Montana. We are thrilled to be a Surf affiliate in MT, offering the highest level competitive play along with recreational fun - and everything in between! 󱙶

Dec 3, 2022 · Montana Surf Soccer Club is pleased to announce that our Blitzz FC recreational soccer program is now Montana Surf Recreational Soccer. For 38 years, Blitzz FC has been the Gallatin Valley’s local soccer club, providing high quality programming for thousands of youth athletes of all levels.

Utah Blitzz was an American professional soccer team in based in Salt Lake City, Utah that played in the USL Pro Select League (later known as the USL Second Division). The club was founded in 2000 but folded following the 2004 season to make way for the Major League Soccer franchise, Real Salt Lake , to begin play in 2005.

Montana Surf/Blitzz FC has been kicking grass in the Gallatin Valley for 39 years and counting. During our long history in the Gallatin Valley, we have focused on teaching life skills in the context of sport, making our local community stronger one athlete at a time.

In total, the Montanan Surf / Blitzz FC approach to youth soccer has been highly successful. The club has been stable for more than 25 years. The number of players has grown rapidly in recent years and now includes more than 1000 recreational players and 500 competitive players.

Montana Surf Soccer Club in Bozeman and Blitzz FC is a youth soccer club that has been operating in the Gallatin Valley for 37 years. The club offers recreational and competitive soccer programs for kids ages 4-19, with a focus on teaching life skills in the context of sport.

Blitzz Rec provides a fun, low-key introduction opportunity for players aged 4-14 and is designed for those players and families who want to play soccer in a local, fun setting without out of town travel.
