Birds in the unchallenged control group (group 4) had no clinical signs during the course of the experiment. The birds appeared clinically normal until 3 dpc in the groups 1, 2 and 3. Most birds in challenged groups (1, 2 and 3) showed clinical signs 4 to 8 days after inoculation.
