Apr 3, 2018 · -More and more and more homes getting built. Density will explode, means more traffic within the neighborhood. Means that tiny pocket park/pool would be maximized. Some folks complain some of the equipment at the parks are missing already!-Some homes in Beacon Park may be too close to the 133 fwy.

Aug 12, 2015 · I'll try to grab one this weekend or if someone has it already, please update us. These homes are the second biggest floorplans in BP next to Ryland's Legend. Phase 1 involve the homes off Paramount/Beacon and are close to the BP K-8 School's sports fields. Later phases involve cul-de-sacs and larger lots as well.

Aug 11, 2016 · I walked through the 3 new homes being built in Parasol Park a street away from the Water and Wellness Water Park being built and noticed those homes look very modern. They are either a very modern bigger homes in 3000 sq foot range but I did notice 2 entrance type doors which could indicate 2 townhomes attached or flats.
